300 grams Banana Stem – cut into small diced and soaked in butter milk,1 cup Raw Peanuts (Moongphali),1/2 cup Pearl onions (Sambar Onions) – finely chopped,3 cloves Garlic – smashed,1 cup Tomato – cut into small pieces,1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi),1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder,1 teaspoon Sambar Powder,1 teaspoon Sugar,1 Bay leaf (tej patta) – torn,1 sprig Curry leaves – roughly torn,1 teaspoon Mustard seeds,1/2 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds),1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil,Salt – to taste,1 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split),1 teaspoon Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal),1 Dry Red Chilli,2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves

Instructions

  1.
