1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour – (I used organic wheat flour),1/2 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal) – powdered,3/4 cup Sugar – (I used organic raw sugar),1/4 cup Cocoa Powder,1/4 cup Dark chocolate – chopped,1/3 cup Fresh Cherries – pitted and chopped,2 Whole Eggs,1/4 cup Sunflower Oil,1/4 cup Hot water,1/2 cup Milk – warm,1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract,1 teaspoon Baking powder,Salt – a pinch

Instructions

  1. To begin making Dark Chocolate Cherry Cake Recipe, sift together the flours, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl for about 3-4 times.Beat the eggs well. To that, add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla extract and oil, mix them.Add the flour mixture alternating with milk, fold them lightly until they are incorporated, do not over mix.Add the boiling hot water to the batter and mix well.
