500 grams Bhindi (Lady Finger/Okra) – half inch slice,2 inch Ginger,3 cloves Garlic,1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi),2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder,3 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera),3/4 Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) – beaten till smooth,Salt – to taste,Sunflower Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  1.
