- To begin making the French Toast Oatmeal Bake Recipe, preheat the oven at 180C and grease individual oven proof dishes. This recipe needs about 3 medium sized ramekins.Combine mashed Banana, nut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, flaxseed meal, milk in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the quick oats, walnuts and sultanas until fully combined.
