200 grams Broccoli – cut into medium florets,1/2 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal) – ground into flour,2 Egg whites,2 tablespoons Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt),1/2 teaspoon Baking powder,1/4 teaspoon Baking soda,1 teaspoon Nutmeg powder,2 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves,2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped,5 tablespoons Butter (unsalted) – divided

Instructions

Then using a food processor you can grind it into a course mixture. Next add in the oats, coriander leaves, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg powder and thyme.
