Instructions
- To begin making the Papad Nachos with Salsa, first mix together onion, tomatoes, garlic, red chilli powder, oregano and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the lime juice and mix everything well.Spread this Salsa over the roasted papads.Sprinkle the grated cheese and grill in a hot oven for 1-2 minutes just till the cheese melts.Sprinkle coriander or parsley leaves, sprinkle the Mexican spice mix and serve immediately.Papad Nachos with Salsa can be served as a funky snack for a kiddie party or a potluck.
