40 grams Rolled Oats Or Instant Oats – 40 grams,1 1/2 cup Water,50 grams Green beans (French Beans) – sliced diagonally,1 Carrot (Gajjar) – sliced diagonally,1 inch Ginger – chopped,4 Cloves (Laung) – garlic,1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera),1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder,1 teaspoon Black pepper powder,1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania),Salt – to taste
Instructions
- We begin making the Savory Oatmeal Bowl with Sautéed Carrot and Green Bean Recipe by heating a flat skillet with some oil, crackle the cumin seeds.Add in the chopped vegetables and saute. You can add some salt and saute as it will fasten the process.Next add in all the spice powders and saute for another 5 minutes till the raw smell goes away.
